Junior Programmer
I have extensive experience in developing various digital solutions, particularly for PT PLN Batam. Some of the key projects I handled include developing the Fit & Proper website to digitize employee promotion assessments, building the Guest Access Management System to optimize corporate visitor handling, and designing the Legal Product Repository application to streamline document management for legal admins. Furthermore, I built the Energy Management System (EMS) from both the frontend and backend using the Laravel framework, developed the APRO+ information system for enterprise asset management, and was tasked with designing an IT Service Management (ITSM) system. On the technical side, I routinely created APIs to support various application needs, optimized the data load for the Payment Monitoring application to enhance system performance, and took full responsibility for the migration and deployment processes to production servers. To manage projects and design interfaces, I actively utilized tools such as ClickUp, Timeline, and Figma. My role also encompassed preparing comprehensive technical documentation—including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), SIT, and Scopes of Work (SOW)—as well as creating supporting visual designs like brochures, presentations, and manual books.
Web Developer
I was responsible for designing and building a company profile website from scratch to its live deployment. In addition, I developed a corporate website and a product sales platform specifically targeted for the New Zealand market. Beyond external website development, I built a web-based DailyReport system to monitor and report on daily employee performance. My role also encompassed design tasks, where I created mockups, wireframes, and graphic materials for both website UI/UX needs and marketing team campaigns. Alongside my technical and design duties, I assisted HR operations by sourcing and screening potential candidates for 3D Modeler and Digital Marketing positions.
Web Developer
I was responsible for analyzing client requirements and designing a digital solution for the employee health reimbursement (E-Reimbursement) process at PT PLN Batam. During the development phase, I designed the database structure using MySQL and developed a REST API to serve as the application's backbone. Additionally, I integrated LDAP Active Directory to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, thereby enhancing both system security and user accessibility. To ensure system reliability, I also regularly conducted testing and validation of the API endpoints using Postman.
