System Point Of Sale (POS)

Description

I designed and developed a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system to digitize the operations of a local business. This custom application was built using the Laravel framework (PHP 8) and a MySQL database, utilizing Bootstrap to create a responsive and user-friendly interface. The system is equipped with comprehensive modules, including a cashier interface, inventory management (products and categories), user management, transaction recording (sales and returns), and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. As a key feature, I built an interactive business reporting and analytics dashboard that tracks gross sales, net profit, sales growth charts, and top-selling products. This reporting module features date range filtering and an Excel export option, making it highly efficient for business owners to monitor performance and evaluate financials in real-time.
