Sistem OPPA BAPENDA Kepri

Description

I designed and developed the OPPA Web System (Optimization of Reporting, Management, and Asset Supervision) for the Regional Revenue Office of the Riau Islands Province (Bapenda Kepri). Built using the Laravel framework (PHP 8), MySQL, and Bootstrap, this system is deployed across all Regional Technical Implementation Units (UPTD) in cities throughout the Riau Islands Province. The platform digitizes comprehensive regional asset management, including tracking for land, equipment, buildings, and official vehicles. A key technical highlight is the integration of a digital signature plugin to ensure immediate document legality and administrative efficiency. The system also features an automated reporting module that streamlines asset supervision and auditing processes. Through OPPA, Bapenda Kepri can monitor asset conditions and distributions across various regions in real-time, ensuring transparency and data accuracy.
